Went in today, to ask them to fax a fit note for ESA, as advised by the DWP, Jackie was very helpful, but someone called Lynn was very negative, not helpful at all. There was a guy, an employee walking round, playing on his mobile phone and talking to other employees about what was on television the night before, not interested in helping anyone. Absolutely disgusted!!
Credit where its due! The service that I have received from Chorley Job Center and the team there has been nothing other than outstanding. I'm self employed and had to resort to Government help since the lockdown was imposed due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak. It's decades since I have personally entered or dealt with a local Job Center or their services. I felt obliged to leave a review after my dealings particularly with staff member Lee. He's been my advisor since I registered online with Chorley Job Center through the .GOV.UK website. Lee's professionalism, promptness and understanding has been exemplary. His attitude and eagerness to inform and direct me in these troubling times has left me with a deep sense of gratitude for the establishment which employs him. You're credit to the company Lee, keep up the good work, it certainly hasn't gone unnoticed. Thank you

Would help if the phones got answered.been trying for 3 weeks to RE claim my esa but no one picks the phone up.
Neither of the numbers i can find work, they say it a wrong number and to redial, if i go in i get told to ring or go online.
