Absolutely horrible experience! No questions were asked of me, I felt that they were disinterested and disengaged with me as a customer. I was literally handed a piece of paper with two websites on it when my intention had been to talk to a human being which I requested but was met with no response. It is people like this who make unemployment rife in our country. Business rule No.1 Do NOT employ people who have no interest in bringing the best customer service. Business rule No.2 Do NOT disengage with your customer Business Rule No.3 Ensure customer feels welcomed and catered for with expertise.
