Joke being homeless and being a uk citizen never left the uk and claim being refused as i apparently failed my habitual residence test. This has happened a few times now and is making me ill I finally got my claim sorted but work advisor is a joke don’t respond to my messages and asking how to make a complaint just don’t get responded to so have requested a new advisor but yet again no response. staff covering for each other Asking questions and getting different responses from different staff is very confusing completely incompetent job centre. Have now made a complaint
From my experience all the staff are really lovely and friendly. They’re actually really understanding of your situation and everyone I have met with has been very positive and encouraging. Being unemployed can really get you down and job searching can be frustrating but the work coaches here are very understanding and supportive. I’ve been really lucky. Obviously everyone won’t have the same experience but I just wanted to leave my review here because I too heard horrornstories but from my experience that’s all they are.
Absolutely incompetent people I’ve been left for over 2 months with no money due to 2 of my claims being closed in error and advances being loaded to my account without receiving a penny. Going to MP and papers today enough is enough
Attended for interview to complete claim for universal credit . Was really nervous after hearing all sorts of horror stories about the place. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful .nThank you to the staff there.
I recently received a payment for Maladministration from the DWP after my complaint was upheld in regards to the incompetence of the staff at this Jobcentre.
