Phone has now not been answered for three weeks and now just hangs up the phone as soon as I get to the place where i should be getting information. Incredibly infuriating as when i went into the building itself they were extremely unhelpful and kept telling me to call the number to make an appointment, you know, THE NUMBER THAT DOESN'T WORK!!

Most of the staff are very helpful and not judgmental of your cicumstances. A lovely woman named Amanda especially, was very understanding and very polite. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything l needed help wth in much simpler terms. Thank you Amanda

Telephone access is UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE. Waited for over 20 minutes to speak with a human., then gave up. RIDICULOUS and disgraceful contempt in a so-called civilised society.

Horrendous. Telephoned three time. The automated system tells you that you'll be charged for the call and then goes through numerous options and asks various question that are copmletely irrevelant to your purpose; You opt for the option for "any other business" and they leave you hanging on for an eternity. How is anybody looking for a job helped in this manner and how are they expected to pay for these long phone calls. Whatever happened to people answering phone calls.
