Absolutely one of the most unhelpful, belittling and aggressive experiences of my life. I can’t explain the rollercoaster of distress, anxiety, anger and fear I experienced during my one to one meeting with Mark. I am dreading having to return.
I've been bandied about from person to person, none of whom remember what I said to the last one and all of whom have been inhumanly bureaucratic. I've been given constantly conflicting information and punished absurdly heavily for being unable to follow instructions that change on the whims of petty tyrants who first heard of me 2 minutes ago. Beware the black hole of empathy contained within. If you unfortunately have your claim tied to this den of callousness, try and transfer to the Oxford one instead
