Went to get help to change a very important appointment I was sent that I had done all I could do to change or even contact a person . Was met by a very abrupt lady that told me to ring the number after I just told her I'd rang repeatedly and left messages her reply was I presume they will get back to you and that was it . Iv been ringing them for 4 days . The lack of any kind of help these days is unreal and I'm not surprised at all that suicide rates are in the rise.
I'm a mentally ill teen who has been unsuccessful finding a job I can hold and instead of offering help my meetings are pushed back constantly and I've been given no financial help meaning my bills are going to go unpaid until I find a job on my own. Absolutely Useless.
I am 63 and disabled I had a heart op and let them know when it was, So half way though the recovery when I could do nothing about it and without letting me know they shut down my claim, they are low life's and I hope them all the worst for 2019
I was attended to by a lovely young man named Steve, very helpful and courteous couldn’t have had anyone better thank you.
