Been out of work 3 times over the past 2 year, did not find them alm that helpful tbh, they treat you like your a numpty and the money your taking back out of the system is actually theirs, unrealistic protocol did not get one interview from the countless hours i sat on their Jobmatch site. They pic holes in anything they can and the money you get isnt worth all the spam/junk mail in my inbox from fake job opertunitys there ISNT! using jobs to lure jobless ppl in, then asking for 6k for an IT corse because you 'might' get a job at 30k a year... Mmmm?!? Thats the reason i didnt claim on the last stint of 3 month i wasnt working! That is all!

Not a very exciting place to go but great staff and super helpful.

There the odd on or two staff that are OK but most treat u like trash and will try sanction u no reason
