Appointment for 15.20. Arrived at 15.15. 8 employees sat at computers. 2 with clients. At 15.45 a lady called Alison, who I had watched sitting at her computer, then later going out the back for about 10 mins, then coming back to her computer for a little while, called my name. 
They have posters up talking about respect etc. I don't think it's respectful, professional or good manners to be late by 25mins. The appointment then lasted 2 minutes. Unimpressed!

Very few of the staff are decent and caring people but as for the majority..well..where to start? They have no empathy or sympathy, you may as well be talking to a robot. They are very rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. They sit talking under their breaths about the people they have seen or are yet to see and mock them. Absoulutley disgusting people. There are 2 security guards who patrol the place,one of them, the younger of the two is quite helpful, however the older small overweight one is not interested unless youre a female he can try (and fail miserably) flirting with them, joke of a place.

Should be so much better. Has given rise to an industry of recruiters, spoiling the whole market for everyone.
