I ordered roses for a speacial occasian two days in advance. However I was disgraced by the old roses I recived considering I ordered well before hand. I was disgusted by the quality of the roses, the customer service was extremely poor and rude. I highly DO NOT recommened this store, sorry just trying to be honest to help further customers. Regret entering this shop I should have shoped eleswhere. I find that the staff were insensitive apart from one of the lady. Never again
Have always used Joannes. Find them very helpful and the flowers and wreaths etc have been perfect. Have a good selection.
I won't go anywhere else! Their funeral flowers/wreaths are stunning! Friendly and helpful staff 5 stars.
Made a beautiful posy for my nan's birthday at short notice. Joanne also stocks English grown flowers where possible
