Joe came over to repair the sash windows in our holiday home and did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and as agreed, just getting on with the job and leaving everything tidy. We have already booked him up for future works and have no hesitation in recommending him and his work.

Joe & his team have just fitted my new bathroom & have done a fantastic job. Joe was approachable, trustworthy & nothing was too much trouble. His advise & knowledge were invaluable, his work is to a very high standard, I was not disappointed. He delivered on time & at a very competitive rate, I won't hesitate to have him back for future jobs.

JML Property Maintenance (Joe Lancaster and his team) was engaged to do necessary refurbishment work when we moved into our flat in an old Victorian Villa. Joe made a number of useful suggestions, and together with a plumber carried out a variety of repairs, new installations and redecoration, over a period of 5 months. He stripped out and re-fitted our Utility Room and main Bathroom, refurbished 5 of our old wooden sash windows, upgraded and reconfigured a number of cupboards, created new shelving, and undertook a lot of redecoration. His work was skilled, meticulous, and of a very high standard. He was always on budget. He was unfailingly helpful and always friendly. My wife and I recommend him very highly.

Used JML to decorate. Painting and wallpaper, great wallpapering skills. Excellent work, very tidy and clean. Will use them again for further decorating projects.

My property is now looking amazing and it's all down to Joe and his team. He completely refurbished my grandmother's old flat, transforming it into a modern, light and spacious space, that has been let to tenants who just love it. JML Property Services delivered on time, to budget and with a very high standard of work. He used his initiative, was ingenious and found solutions to problems. It wasn't an easy task but the result is outstanding. I totally commend him to you, he will work very hard to deliver to his word, which above all I was able to trust without question. Book Joe for your job and you won't regret it.
