Invaluable training from Karen at Torquay Training. Karen came in to help me with my large Puppy who didn’t like me to leave the room! We have completed a 1 to 1 puppy course and a Loose Lead walking Course. The support I have had from Karen has been outstanding. I have a fresh perspective on my relationship with my dog and he loves the training he is doing. Her patience and expertise is just wonderful.
Booked Karen for a one to one training package for our two pups, she was absolutely brilliant! She listened to the issues we were having with the dogs and came up with a detailed training plan that was specific to help each dog in the best way she thought possible. She even added in additional training games for other behavioural issues she noticed within the sessions. She provided a very thorough service and we couldn't be more pleased with the results, highly recommend!
Karen is very patient and understanding she listens and tailors what you need rather than just doing the “norm” she takes time to understand your dog first. I do both 121 sessions and puppy classes with Karen. Both are amazing and I’ve learnt a lot. No question is too silly and she’s made a more confident owner. It’s been lovely seeing Barney grow and become more confident.
Karen has helped me so much with our rescue dog, she has shown me an approach to training that has worked wonders on him. After our four 1:1 sessions he's a different dog. I can't thank her enough.
I can't rate Karen highly enough. I wasn't quite sure what to expect beforehand and it can always be a bit nerve-wracking inviting someone into your own home especially in these times! because you're struggling with puppy training. However, she immediately put me at ease and all of the training we did with her was so much fun. I saw results with my puppy really quickly and because the training was enjoyable it's easy to keep it up and remain consistent. I'm now able to look forward to walks with my pup instead of feeling like I'm being dragged along behind him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Loved my classes as did my dog, professional and friendly environment that teaches the dog. Great teacher. Had 2 lots of lessons which we both benefitted from greatly and now onto the 121 training program for dogs . I can not fault this lady she is brilliant with dogs and can't wait to get through this behaviour training program.
We're only half way through our ''training sessions'' and already there is such a difference in our dog. Karen has infinite patience and we are very impressed with the service.
