James helped me out with an emergency job this week. The overflow from our loft tank was running all night and it needed to be replaced asap. I also needed some pipes fitting for a new shower. He replied to my text message straight away, came over within a couple of hours and really impressed me with his communication, quick results and work ethic. I am really happy to recommend him very highly and I will definitely use him again.

What a star! we came home at 9pm last night to a leak in the kitchen. James dropped everything and headed straight over to us. His experience enabled him to repair the leak promptly and professionally. We will definitely use James as our regular plumber from now onwards and have already recommended him to others. Great service, Had an emergency with blocked drains, Jamie came within a couple of hours, managed to fit me into his already busy schedule without any issues. Job done very quickly and very clean, couldnt be happier, great service!!

Mid afternoon on a Saturday, with the Pantomime Season in full swing, the Church Hall toilets decide to start misbehaving! Onto the Internet and JLM is the first 'local' company to come up (the others are national companies) so gave them a ring. Immediately answered, told James the problem and asked if he could delay by an hour so the performance could finish. Arrived early which was great, immediately set to work and, after a lot of rodding, cleared what looked like a quite long standing blockage. Very pleasant manner, came at the appointed time and you can pay by card! he's now on the Church's list of approved tradesmen. A great find

Fantastic service called for urgent call out at 9pm and James was straight round to sort out the problem which got rectified within the hour as promised.... No big call out fee really knew what he was doing, very trustworthy would highly recommend preferable to using one of the big drain companies that I have used in the past...
