I called JJM Locksmiths about a problem with my lock Mark suggested I send some pictures  over.  Very quickly, he called back to tell me how I could fix it myself- and that worked .  I have used JJM in the past and Mark has always been honest, knowledgeable, helpful & efficient.

My lock jammed I was locked in my house, couldn't get out called JJM was advised an engineer would be with me within the hour, half an hour later the engineer arrived, gained access, replaced the latch, all working superb cannot recommend enough professional, timely and definitely the most competitive compared to some ridiculous quotes I initially received, thanks again great job

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Mark arrived very soon after I called, got the door open quickly, explained and demonstrated the problem to me, and replaced the lock. I'd recommend using JJM.

Left unfinished and still waiting for a call back after two weeks!
Good quote for next day service but we are still waiting for a backplate and cover for our front top lock 
We will not be using JJ again!
