Called in today to see what was available as intend to take up fishing in the near future. Gentleman in the shop was extremely helpful even though it was obvious I would not be buying today. Fantastic stock of, well, everything!
What a lucky town we are to have a proper fishing tackle and bait shop! Excellent stock, perfect maggots, lovely and fresh. They have everything you need! I was late home from work, made a quick call and they stayed open for me to get what I needed for an early start on Saturday. Wonderful family business, absolutely superb.
Smashing shop, has all the stuff I need and lots of stuff I think I need. Bought a mid range rod from here a couple of years ago and it's really good with a nice action, never expected it to take the punishment I give it but its been worth the money. They also supply hard to source items, like decent replacement brolly spikes. All in all a quality shop, with helpfull friendly advice. My only moan is it costs me a fortune every time I pop in as it has so many bargains.
I have been using this tackle shop for many years. They have always been friendly and helpful, yes they can follow you in the shop but they have a buissness to protect so don't bother me.

Very impressed very friendly staff and for someone like me who is just starting back into fishing they are most helpful
Nice friendly staff, had an issue with a a back lead problem, they did not carry what I was looking for but after a quick chat with the owner understanding what I wanted he came up with an idea of using small leads and a swivel clip which worked a treat. So thank you my man, when fishing in and around spalding I will defo pop in for my bits !!
