My wife has visited J & M Fabrics for a number of years to buy stuffing for knitted toys.  She has always been made welcome and the proprietor has always been happy, cheerful and most helpful.   Well deserving a top score of excellence.

Rang them and the woman was rude as hell. Didn't even say J&M Fabrics. Asked who I was and I said "are you J&M fabrics" and she said "yea I am actually so what?" She then started laying into me as my caller ID was apparently not showing. She didn't even say, "Hi ya J&M fabrics, may I ask who this is please as you have no called ID?" How this company is in business is baffling!
