i brought my shoes to be re-heeled and re-soled here after a repeatedly botched job done by a big well known chain. Absolutely top job, done quickly, good price. This is a great small business.
Good value, very convenient if you live or work nearby, parking can be a challenge if you don't. Can't really comment on the quality of the work as this is first time using them and it takes time to prove their skills are solid. Nevertheless, have a good vibe.
Jim's place is always first class provision of service, and customer service is ever on point. I can and do recommend them to family and friends

This cobblers has been around for many years,they always offer an excellent service fast friendly and price wise second to none.
Cowboy boots resoled. Timpsons tried asking £90 to do the job, went to Jim's Place and they charged me £27!! Absolutely top quality job done, super friendly and will definitely be a return customer. 10/10
Wasn't able to help me. I was hoping to get the toe box of my leather boots stretched out but the guy Jim? said his machine was unable to reach into the toe box. He did suggest an alternative spray which softens the leather to help your feet wear them out, but I wasn't interested in that. I was disappointed and I felt he was a bit dismissive rather than genuinely helpful and it put me in a bit of a bad mood. I suppose he was quite busy and was keen to get back to it.
My shoes l, valentio and so Kate Louboutin, was repaired by Jim palace, excellent job, heel, compared to Timpson, we're not able to repair them, my advice to anyone take, or boots to this man .
