Jill has been amazing helping me manage symptoms from my MS, improving my balance and stability. The exercises she prescribed were fun and easy to do. She also identified an issue with my sciatic nerve which she is helping me manage so that I can stay active and exercise without issues! It gives me such peace of mind knowing I can turn to Jill for treatment and advice. Would highly recommend! An amazing and inspiring physio, I always come out feeling like I have a new body!
Jill and her team are excellent. I’ve had back trouble through my work and was recently incapacitated because of it. Because of the friendly and professional service provided by Jill and Ruth, I am now on my way to enjoy life again. And they’ve given me occupational advice too. They offer a variety of services and I’ve had the benefit of physio and acupuncture. I thoroughly recommend them.
I was experiencing discomfort in my hip and scheduled a consultation with Jill. She was able to assess the issue and explain it in very clear terms. After several sessions of therapy I have relief from the pain and a plan to mitigate the issue going forward. Jill is extremely professional and kind. I would highly recommend her services and will consult her again with any issues in the future.
It was the most professional and rewarding experience working with such a competent physio. From the second I walked in I felt at ease and gained so much understanding from my appointments. I saw noticeable improvements with my injury in such a short space of time. I cannot recommend Therapease highly enough.
I went to Jackie for numerous sessions maybe about 5 in total. I found her very thorough and professional and always nice to talk to. The problems were not in anyway down to her and the exercises did help. The problems were mainly caused by an injury and orthotics that further made things a lot worse. She even offered to speak to the other provider and say these aren't a correct fit and they weren't. I will certainly go back and just trying to work on rehab for the time being. Would highly recommend though and Jackie is really thorough in her consultation.
Ruth Bradley was fantastic. I obtained wonderful results in a short period of time. The support was excellent and the exercises easy to keep up with.
A great physio who knows what she's doing, managed to get me mtb race fit in less than three weeks after I pulled a leg muscle. My go to Physio.

This is an absolutely brilliant practice- In two weeks Jill sorted my painful twisted ankle- super professional and friendly- I would highly recommend !
