Dec's knowledge is second to none. Over the years he has helped me with disc bulge injuries, whiplash injuries, contact sport injuries and general wear and tear. I've recommended him time and again and he always sorts everyone out. To be honest at this point I feel like it's a challenge trying to find something he can't fix!
After running too much in lockdown Dec identified the issue with my hip and sorted it. A couple of session directly and a recovery plan I was back out within a few weeks. His advice on distance, number of runs, alternative exercise and trainers was invaluable!
Always had a great experience with Dec at Jigsaw Physiotherapy. His knowledge for treatment and recovery of whatever I throw at him has always been great. Much needed for those of us that love to play stupid sports that break our bodies. Highly recommended!

I've seen Dec about several sports injuries over the past few years. What's particularly good is that Dec doesn't just provide a quick fix, he gets to the root of the problem and devises a recovery programme to retrain the muscles to avoid repeat injuries.
Serious shoulder injury with the surgeon pushing to operate, Dec said he could get rid of the pain and return good function. 4 months of treatment and doing eveything he said and now im pain free, sleeping well and back to sport.
Superb stretch therapy session with Faye. As a professional athlete, keeping my body functional is of utmost importance. This session hugely helped me and I will be continuing with these throughout my career. Thabks Faye!
Ultra knowledgeable, friendly and very useful. My neck and shoulders are already showing great improvement after a couple of visits and some very basic exercises I can fit into my daily routine
Had a really bad muscular issue in my back, after a consultation with Dec he created a treatment plan for me and some home exercises I was back to pain free training in no time
