Fantastic for 1:1 or small group classes. I've been to several Pilates classes but Ros is easily my favourite. I have confidence in her as she trained and worked as a physiotherapist before specialising in Pilates some years back, and she's really professional and thoughtful about what she does. Also I've known her for years and she is a lovely person and good fun too. Ros runs small classes and keeps a good eye on people so that we don't fall into old patterns of muscle use. As an extra tip, I have found it helpful to see Ros occasionally 1:1 in addition to this so that she has got to know my body and my usual 'cheat' muscle patterns. I've noticed when I go to class (twice a week), even if I don't do any home practice (other than being mindful of my posture), I have no low back ache because my abs get stronger so I use my back less. Ros gets all her clients word of mouth I think and I've never known her advertise. She runs several classes on several days a week, daytimes and evenings. Just be warned she often has waiting lists but don't let that put you off, contact her - if you can get into a class or 1:1, you won't be disappointed :)
