I haven't been to Jewsons for ages now.nI was surprised to see the sawmill closed.nBut still got served ok.nBut the main reason I'm doing this review is because of a brilliant member of staff who assisted me Matt has been dragged up properly, with manners and great customer service skills I couldn't ask for better.n.nThank you.
Placed is fully stocked but unfortunately I didn’t get the pavers I needed
Ordered a small amount of stock for our DIY project, £370 later we were told that our delivery would be with us the next day, we waited in all day, did not turn up, so we rang them to be told that our delivery would be early next day because tool hire had an emergency.nJewsons in the past have great but on this occasion they let themselves down. They were quick enough to take our money after sales debatable.
Wonderful service here. Staff are very friendly and, more importantly, very helpful.
