Went to Jewsons after searching for a few small patio slabs elsewhere without success. Here we were greeted by a young man Ian? who was welcoming, friendly and so helpful. He found what we needed. Husband paid at the counter another chap who wasn't able to smile and we were back to Ian who loaded the slabs into our car. He'd also organised a free coffee for me. Someone knows how to treat customers!
Alway a happy crew willing to help, fair pricing too.
No complaints, they had what I wanted at a fair price and staff helped me load the van, happy days.
Shopping experience ok & customer service was excellent but might as well not call a it a "Builders merchant " but call it a "ripped off merchant " very expensive compared with elsewhere.
Apathetic and poorly trained staff, hopeless stock control, promises to call before making deliveries and do not. The worst merchant for miles around, and thankfully, plenty more to chose from.
It's a jewsons, what more do u need to know? Got the Jewson lot.
