Went in today 22nd Dec 2022 , found the staff helpfull , friendly and knowledgeable , the novipro drain set products worked well and fixed our blocked drain problem , reasonably priced too .
Been hiring various kit off jewson shrewsbury to do my drive. Mini digger, mixer, brick saw. Have to say the service has been fantastic. Great support and fkexibility from matt in terms of delivery and collection and competitive pricing. Was really helpful when doing work under pressure of time. Thanks for great service and pricing. I have never recieved such good customer service from a shop manager! A slight blip with my order was rectified asap, which ment the manager going above and beyond. Jonny ? . Thanks again, so so much appreciated and I will be using you guys for the next 15 panels I need .
I am currently undergoing a major renovation project in Shrewsbury. Having previously used Jewson, i thought i would return. I tried to make contact with the young lad at the counter and was basically ignored for nearly 10 minutes. It was infuriating. The business was saved by his college very tall man and he was doing his upmost to answer the phone and serve multiple customers at the counter. Whilst the other chap ignored everyone and continued to play on his phone. Luckily the taller chap provided relevant information and pricing and also introduced me to Steve their Kitchen designer. Who was also pleasant and helpful. Please note. This one star review is based on one very bad apple. If it wasn't for the hard work of the other staff, i would of walked back out of the door and never returned.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, great stock holding, great tool hire, fantastic showroom with very competitive prices. Overall I would recommend this branch for everyone, no matter what your project!
Staff always helpful and items ordered always delivered promptly. Shop guys always try and get best prices and delivery guys take care when unloading, would always use these guys!
