Proper football. Honest, hard working professionals, a thoroughly enjoyable game. Great support from both sets of fans. A lot going on catering and entertainment outside the ground before the game.
No Club parking for visiting fans as seriously short of space. Street parking only and suggest you get there early to get a space somewhere. Lovely pasties. Crowd love a sing song, decent DJ. Fans know their stuff and decent stewards. Terrace not covered so check weather forecast. Limited circa 300 covered away seating.
Really peculiar mish mash of a stadium with random different shaped stands everywhere. It's a real shame as Bristol rovers are a big club. Indeed huge for league 2. The away end is atrocious. Not much going for it apart from the atmosphere.
Great little stadium with very friendly staff who took time out to show me inside and allow me to take pics I didnt feel rushed either. Really appreciate that. Well done Pirates
Not a great stadium by a long shot. Too many gormless security who like me veing a first time visitor didn't know where anything was situated. The view we had was poor. Parking in and around the ground was impossible due to permits. The stands appeared to be an after thought & must have been added at intermittent points during the last 30 years. I went in the home end. They lost.
Friendly staff, decent marquee for away fans. Away end was covered from the elements but has seen better days. Ground is easy to get to if you come off at J16 of the M5. Overall a decent experience.
Parking here is a scam. Allows you to pay for parking via the app and ticket machines but they then lock the car park at a random time early in the evening. Was left stranded. Telephone number displayed on the board doesn't work. No signs anywhere, or any info online that the car park closes at a specific time.
Good bit of character to the place although a little rough around the edges
Looks like they went to a jumble sale for football stands! Second visit but almost certainly the last. Only good thing was legroom in the seats. Parking is a nightmare, ended up over a mile away after driving around for 30 minutes. The disabled section as you can see in the photos is a joke. Garden chairs from B&M to sit on which means you can barely see over the perimeter fence. Once again, a football club showing zero regard for disabled fans. The stands and terraces all eight of them are unsightly. Directions for away fans took us into completely the wrong place on arrival resulting in then having to walk all the way round the stadium through home fans to get to the away end. One food stand open and portaloos for toilets. All in all, in the top five worst away grounds and I've been to most of the worst.
The home off Bristol Rovers since 1996 it was then bought by Rovers two years later from Bristol Rugby Club although changes have been made it does still feel like a Rugby Ground.The ground is a mish mash off differnent stands with pavillion stand as impressive as it is looking more like a Cricket Stand than a football stand that aside i found the Rovers fans to be really friendly and enjoyed my last visit their
