We have used Jetking for 18 months for our 3 cars & found everything was good including their full internal valet & value for money, the 'workers' always being very polite. By preference I preferred the two guys on the A49 towards Dorrington as I got to know them & they would pay special attention to areas highlighted but although slightly dearer they were great & really thorough however sadly they called it a day a few months ago so we found Jetking the better of the bunch until the last 3 months when the service went through the floor. The new workers are rude, probably stems down from the boss, the workmanship shoddy leaving the overall finish leaving a lot to be desired & the grease left on the windows is more than annoying! Latterly I took our 4x4 back having seen the state of it when I got home, alloys dirty, mud stains everywhere, just pretty awful..should have looked before I drove off. The boss was there on the day & was totally indifferent & workers rude when they realised I had complained. Was back this week with our estate..it was dusty not dirty having been cleaned & not used much recently due to the 'potholes'. Again very rude worker, not seen before just 'whistling' me to move on. I very nearly asked him if he could speak broken English or not speak at all. They all seemed more interested in cleaning their own vehicles & the bosses white Merc, eating Burgers & drinking coffee, cleaning my car in record time, again I should have got out & looked before driving off. Alloys dirty, pollen stains on paintwork, dirty sills & tyres not treated. Interesting enough I have heard a lot of other people saying exactly the same who all suggest going to the one behind Dolbys which we will try for our three cars & more interesting is that on my last 4 visits to Jetking there was no cue, with only one other vehicle coming up behind me to be washed..normally as people will know it was always non stop with a an endless cue..in my opinion through their arrogance they have lost their trade..& deserve to!

Fast, patient, ocd enabled car valet service! Made my driving a pleasant experience again! Totally recommend!

Usually busy. Prices have gone up for 2018. Highway robbery for work undertaken. But all car washes are the same. Mafia controlled.

My husband has just been here for a full valet. He always uses this place but today not only have they done an awful job of cleaning it but a guy dropped the pole & smashed the windscreen then denied all knowledge as soon as my husband jumped out the car & told him! All they would say is go through the insurance company!
