Had my car washed at this car wash today. Didn't dry it or shammy it properly. Car was still dirty and patchy and still wet. When I said it wasn't the best job was told well they didn't tell help me dry it. He seemed disinterested and as though the job was too much of an effort. That said though the other two members of staff could have helped him by drying the car when he hoovered it. Been using this place for 8 or 9 years for my vehicles. Wanted this one down properly as I am trading it in for a brand new BMW on Tuesday. Will not be taking my new vehicle or any future vehicles to this place. Standards seem to have really slipped when the boss isn't on site

So slow ... so so so slow - like unfit sloths here nearly an  hour -- don't know what they are doing !! Ploy to charge more perhaps as price hasn't been agreed !! Suspicious

Had my van washed 17/12/16 found the wheels were still dirty and they had missed bits around the van. Half way through I noticed they had not cleaned my roof to which I asked the young guy why they hadn't cleaned my roof. His reply was has it not hang on, off he went to speak to the boss. Came back and said that they don't clean the roof due to health and safety but they would clean it for an extra £5 on top of the £10 they had charged for a shabby job. I will not be using again I'll stick with Tesco car wash much better job and they clean the roof too all for £7 ......! 
Get a grip guys and sort it out !!!!!!!
