Came on a glorious day. The cafe superbly located, elevated above the beach with views over Palm Bay. This place has incredible potential but seriously misses the mark. Food is below average, typical beach junk food, burgers and chips. Ordered a spicy chicken burger which was dry, no mayo. The sauces come in sachets which are cheap and hard to open. The ice cream offering is basic and everything in plastic wrappers. The food was served in polystyrene containers. Running a beach cafe, you’d think they’d be more environmentally conscious. They also give out small, black plastic bags which looked like dog poo bags. Again, not much care given about the environment they operate in. Both bins were quite full. Worst of all, the toilets. Being a customer, I was allowed to use them but had to queue to use the only one available. There was no toilet paper or hand wash. Not great considering I was just about to eat a burger with my hands! A plus is that they accept cards but overall, it’s a throwback to the 1990’s.
The view was so nice whilst eating outside. The staff were very friendly. Food was okay for the price. Shame we couldn't eat in but wasn't a great problem.
Been coming here for about 5 years to launch our jet skis. Has recently been taken over by new management and price has increased, can no longer pay an annual fee to launch. This is not an issue. The staff however are unbelievably rude and it really ruins the experience. We have decided not to visit anymore purely because we begrudge giving our money to rude arrogant people. Manners cost nothing.
Very friendly atmosphere, lovely food. There chips are fried in standard oil and not peanut oil, so for anyone with peanut allergy worries this place is fine. Right by a cove with a beautiful beach. There are many steps down from the top but worth the trip down. Highly recommend.
Lovely area and a really nice cafe to get a bite to eat.
Staff are nice, great location, next to the beach and have clean toilets. They serve through a outdoor hatch, ice-cream are basic shop stuff. Inside not really welcoming ambience.
I have recently visited jet ski world on Sunday 29th August with my 20 year old severely autistic son. We received an amazing service from Darren and his team. The sea was rough due to north wind and Darren explained the best way for us to enjoy the experience in less than perfect sea conditions. We had travelled from Shrewsbury area for several hours to give my son a treat he loves the thrill of being on the jet ski. Darren kindly escorted us in the water giving advice and keeping an eye on us. Nothing was too much trouble. The young man launching us was very helpful and friendly, assisting us throughout. The facilities were great so much easier to have a toilet and cafe onsite ordered hots drinks and the serving staff were brilliant. Overall we had a very good experience. Darren and all his staff were a massive part of that. If you’re looking for a safe, friendly place to launch your jet ski, I highly recommend Jet Ski World Cafe. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Friendly staff. Veggie buns ok. Undrinkable coffee. Staff did not question when asked to changing for a cup of tea. Undrinkable tea. Conclusion: they probably use sea water. Do not go there if you want a cuppa
We went on the first sunny weekend after lockdown restrictions opened. It was very crowded, had to wait for 2.5 hours for an egg bap and fries. When it was finally served, it tasted and smelled funny. May be we went on a particularly busy day
Friendly staff, a pleasure to talk to, they always try to accommodate were they can. The jet ski experience well worth it, only been twice so far but will not hesitate to make regular visits
