Jessie Western has been around for over a decade on Portobello Road, catering to all your western needs with custom, hand-made cowboy boots, real Stetson cowboy hats, and Skully shirts and leather jackets. We also have the most incredible array of Native American hand-made jewellery, supporting over 5,000 Native artists, and stock the largest collection of emerald green turquoise 'Carico Lake', which is our specialty.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I bought a ring for £1k and it fell apart after year. Took it back for repair and they took 7 months to give it back, after many phone calls, telling me the repairer always says they should charge for repairs. I got it back, it broke again! Nothing is worth what they charge, I learned the hard way. I would never go back there to be ripped off.
Wonderful Shop , wonderful Team ! I bought an antique turquoise ring there and I had a little problem with on stone which have fallen ..I just came back the following morning and had the problem fixed very quickly ! Very good customer service !.... The team and the boss made everything to give me satisfaction !... I live in France but I am sure I will come back once in London !.....Thank you again !
Just would like to say the boots are beautiful and the service seemed to be excellent. Jessie was so patient and seemed to go out of her way to accommodate my friend . We spent over an hour in the shop and felt that we could change our mind 100 times and she remained more than charming. However when we got home we googled the shop to give her a glowing review and then learned that we had been misled because on the website the price of the pair of boots that my friend preferred but could not afford was listed at 200 pounds less than the price quoted for them in the shop . …. As a result she ended up buying a different pair which turned out after looking on the website to be the same price as the ones she had really wanted We are mystified and disappointed
We have spent hundreds of punds in this shop.took bracelet to have a tiny stone put in,waited 6 weeks and when i went to vollect it she wanted to give me a keyring gift and charge me £40.00 for fixing bracelet bought from them...telling me it should have bee £75

would give 10 stars if I could. I love this shop, I wouldn't go anywhere else , the fact that all their clothes are made actually in Notting Hill and they work directly supporting Native American Indian artists. it is the best shop I've ever been to. love how they recycle all packaging. fell in love with this place
Some really lovely clothing, boots and jewellery BUT nothing has been priced, even the things in the window. Wanted to buy a belt but no price and the shop assistant was on a long phone call so I’ll stick to my rule ‘no price, no buy’. It drives me crazy.
Such an amazing shop, tight knit staff who can tell you a story about every single piece of jewellery in the shop. A real focus on sustainability and craft !
They have some great stuff in Jessie Western but at a price. We've spent £k s in there but they still charged us £50 to repair a ring that they said they would take to the Reservation, but didn't cos they lost it and when they found it a year later it was repaired in UK and we got it back about 18 months or so after we put it in. It's not the 50 quid ....it is the poor customer service. Greedy girls lose good customers. We won't be back.
Just fell in love with this place. Thank you Jessie. Love my new ring.
