I had an extremely positive experience last week when I took a fountain pen in for repair. The store manager could not have been more courteous or helpful, even though I was clearly not going to be buying an expensive item that day! The customer service was over and above what I was expecting, memorably so, and it made my afternoon. Highly recommended.
Visiting this store was the highlight of our day. They were so welcoming, thorough and patient. Special thanks to Alby, the store manager. What an amazing guy.

I visited the Montblanc boutique in Bond Street yesterday to purchase refills for my pen. Beautiful shop and great customer service from Roxanne.
I have bought a number of Mont Blanc goods over the years. I had one wallet that I didn't use and gave to my son. Not long after the Mont Blanc emblem fell off. He took it to the store to see if they could get it replaced and he was treated very poorly. In his own words he said he felt 'spoken down to because I was a student'. Clearly by someone who doesn't know what their future customers look like. I went back in with my son and while we were treated respectfully by the manager Alby Ribeiro, he wasn't prepared to do anything without the warranty card. Even though it was very clear the wallet was hardly used. Absolute not the experience of a premium brand nor the experience I am traditionally used to in Mont Blanc stores. I was recently in another Mont Blanc store in London and relayed this story and told them how it made me feel about Mont Blanc, not good! They followed up with me and offered to get the wallet repaired for my son. Which they got done expediently. A radically different experience! I love Mont Blanc products, and I have no issue paying for premium products when you get the service that you pay for. Sadly, that is not the experience you get at this Mont Blanc store and I won't be going back there again.
I have come into this branch over the years a few times for maintenance and repair of my writing instruments. Every time, the customer service has been exceptional and this time was no different. Staff are always helpful, friendly and approachable. A special big ‘thank you’ to Dan, who replaced the broken MB emblem on my pen in less than 10 minutes! It’s always a pleasure to come into the store.

Was told instore that vintage sunglasses could be repaired but repair system updated called today and told don't bother as can only fix them if in warranty. Arm just needs adjustment Not a good look for a premium brand and a really rude assistant on the call. Usually great service at this location but not today
Security were really nice but just got ignore by the shop assistants. Not a great way to treat the potential customers. One was busy so totally valid reason but one didn’t even acknowledged me, not even a smile and behaved pretentiously. I will never go back to this store. The security at the door was really nice and polite. What a shame! I went to the corner at Selfridges instead to buy the products I wanted, where the staff was way nicer.
Montblanc is an exceptional product. However imagine that the exceptional product is in a shop with totally dedicated staff , who value the customer not a commission cheque. They are simple marvelous. They want you to buy something that you feel harmony and that makes the pens, watch even cologne part of you. Not just a productor brand statement but something than you feel is part of you, perhaps a better you. They are a unique team. go visit them.
