Wendy booked a surprise trip for my son and his friends to the Oktoberfest in Munich. Everything was arranged for them by Wendy and it all went without a hitch. Wendy was fantastic in listening to what I thought they would like to do and she arranged it all, even last minute changes by the boys!! Wendy really cares about the people she helps with their holidays, trips and visits and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Please keep doing the good stuff Wendy and the team
Wendy is an absolute expert in her field - such a caring and knowledgable guide to the perfect holiday. She knows and checks personally her destinations, takes care of her clients in such an attentive way too - which I've witnessed. She will save you the trouble of trawling the internet for maybe "bargains" which you might not even be able to trust... why bother, when Wendy already has the expertise and experience to check you in for your dream trip!
We have just returned from our first cruise for my husband's 60th birthday. We were a bit nervous as only flown couple times within a group holiday. We needn't have worried as Wendy sorted everything for us, talked through the process and paperwork we needed. Unlike high street travel agents where you probably don't deal with same person twice with Wendy you get that personal service as it's Wendy you deal with for everything. I definitely recommend Wendy who provides a first class service, she goes above and beyond and we will be booking holidays through Wendy again. Thank you Wendy for everything you did for us.

I have just had the most amazing holiday in Austria organised by Wendy. She goes above and beyond to make sure your trip is everything you expect it to be and more. Austria in the summer is fabulous for everyone including families as loads for the kids to do. I can’t recommend Wendy highly enough and youare completely covered and looked after if anything goes wrong, which fortunately it didn’t!
As a first time solo traveller in my early 60's I was looking for a city break, somewhere I would feel safe, have loads to see and do to make lasting memories. Wendy asked for my options and Paris hit the mark - the hotel Wendy found me was perfectly placed for walking to all of the major sites Paris has to offer. It was clean and comfortable, very friendly and the staff too were helpful. Transport from and to the airport were important considerations for me and Wendy sorted this, taking away all the worry of me getting it right - thanks Wendy, your guidance from booking, suitcase size and bags, transfers etc, it has built my confidence to travel abroad alone and I would certainly recommend your personal service to all my friends too. You're a star! A big shiny one......!!!!
This was my first ever organised group trip, and from start to finish, was wonderful! Wendy made everything so easy and nothing was too much trouble. From the initial information and booking, to the final drop off, Wendy looked after everyone with humour, knowledge, professionalism and the perfect amount of overview. Wendy ensured that everyone knew exactly what they needed to take and do, when and where. I will certainly never bother with the hassle of trying to organise my own holidays in future!! We have just returned from a short break in Calpe Spain. It was my husbands birthday treat and Wendy arranged with the hotel to have a surprise birthday bottle and card waiting for us on arrival and a super sea facing comfortable room , which was fabulous. The whole process of using Wendy is made easy by her excellent customer service, attention to detail , her personalised approach and her speedy responses to any communication is 10/10 .
