Ordered a takeaway via their app. Delivery time stated 1 hour but i immediatley received a text adding another 30 minutes to order time. I waited and waited until eventually calling to enquire on my order, i was told my order was out for delivery and would be delivered soon. 30 minutes later i called again to be told my order was sent out 10 minutes ago and would be with me soon. When the delivery arrived over 2 hours from ordering i refused to pay until i checked the food. What they had sent had obviously been microwaved and the flat bread was so hard it snapped when i attempted to unfold it. Order returned with the driver. Very dissappointed and will not be using again, app deleted
