Waited 45 minutes for a cheese toastie that never arrived. Unhelpful staff who just shrugged and said "we're busy". The cafe wasn't full and dirty cups and glasses everywhere.

Plenty of empty tables but all covered in dirty dishes and cups. Went all the way to the back of the restaurant looking for clean table and not approached once by any member of staff. So turned around and walked out. If its dirty where customers can see, what is it like where people cannot?
