Just bought my new corolla with a big help from Steven Chung! Steven helped my mother a few years back with her car. Once she heard that I was planning this purchase, she did not hesitate to recommend him for my new car purchase! He has been super supportive through out the whole process and answered all my questions with great detail & clarity. Overall, he was just delightful to work with! Picked up my new Corolla yesterday. 2022 XSE. Great service from placing my order to picking up my vehicle. I dealt with Scott, Jennifer and Dave. Each treated me respectfully and made me feel important. Dave spent extra time on delivery trying to show me the features - will have to back for a refresher I am sure. The car is a beauty I have bought numerous cars - new and used and this was the best experience by far!!
It has been an amazing experience to buy our first car from Toyota North London. Our Product Advisor Sara Yearly is an amazing person who kept us updated with each and every step throughout this journey. she is very humble and down to earth. she kept us motivated over this period whenever we thought we could not wait for the vehicle for so long. she supported us, provided all the relevant information, and answered all our queries with patience. Everyone should have a product advisor like Sara Yearly. We are glad to deal with Sara.
I got my first car here. I don’t know anything about cars and the staff are very understanding specially Mr. Steve Chung and Jennifer! They are very friendly and patient with me. It was very hard for me to get approved but they did they’re best and work really hard for me to get approved! They really care about their customer! The car is in good quality and I love it!!
Let me start off by saying that Steve is a true professional, his attention to detail and knowledge is second to none. North London Toyota is a fantastic dealership made better by people like Steve. We bought our Prius V and are completely satisfied with our purchase. They have definitely earned a repeat customer. Thank you so much.
We were very pleased with the both the service and car we got from North London Toyota. We found Ramsn Mansour there to be great. He was very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and friendly. We would recommend both him and North London Toyota to anyone considering buying a new or used automobile.
I recently purchased a car at north London Toyota. The wait was a bit longer than expected but the sales associate, Ramsn was great in communicating updates and changes. If you’re in the market to buy a car and looking for great service, I definitely recommend working with Ramsn, also he gave us a nice gift.
This review is a little late but I guess better late than not at all!! First off I would like to say that I LOVE MY NEW 4RUNNER!! I could not be any happier with my purchase or with the service I received at North London Toyota! After a not so great experience at a different London Toyota dealership I was so pleasantly surprised with the service I received when I walked into North London Toyota. The young lady at the front desk asked what I was looking for and I told her "I'm looking for a 4Runner preferably New, but used is ok too" she then introduced me to Ramsn who was so nice and super understanding about my situation. He gave me options on new 4Runners which would've taken almost a year to come in but unlike the people at the other dealership also gave me options on used 4Runners that they had on the lot! I feel lucky to have been connected with such an understanding, patient and knowledgeable sales representative.. Jennifer, the finance manager was also super.. I ended up getting my New 2022 4Runner that week rather than having to wait a year for the 2023.
2 weeks ago Alysha helped me get a new to me 2019 Chevy Colorado. So far the truck has run great, and I love it! She helped me get into the truck super quick, and I'm beyond happy. Thank North Toyota!
I purchased my 2019 Toyota Prius prime here. They did a bunch of stuff for me that I didn’t request and it saved me a fortune from new tires to new brakes they couldn’t have went out of their way any more for me. Appreciate it and suggest anyone go to these guys for service and auto sales because they are the most honest people I have met purchasing any of my vehicles. I drive for work so having them give me new tires etc was a complete blessing as we put lots of ware on our vehicles it was an awesome feeling to know it was all new. Ps Justin on their sales team was a breeze to deal with. Props to Justin for making it all happen.
