Pathetic doesn't begin to describe their attitude Sadly i had to give them one star but the review facility doesn't allow that Bought a jacket for my son yesterday as he was having a night away at his pal's house. it was too big so went back today to swap to a smaller size! simple? you would think so! no to this lot. No exchanges or refunds till the 29th despite me telling them I had traveled in all the way from the country just to chase it! I was informed i should have read the receipt as it is in the small print at the bottom. A pathetic excuse for an assistant and an even more pathetic excuse of a manager left me furious beyond belief. Could they care less? could they care i wont ever buy anything from them again? no to both! If you are like me you will stop throwing your well earned cash at this shower and i can tell you ever since that shop has opened my wife and i have spent a fortune in there on our kids!!! People love to put the boot into Sports Direct but i can tell you they are far better trained and far more helpful than this shambles of a company who love to inconvenience people and never offer an apology!! JD what does it stand for? Just Dont!

Absolutely awful manager here, fat tanned glaswegan woman swearing at my elderly father under her breath as he is disabled and made a slight mess of the shoes which I was purchasing anyways, will never shop here again, when approached another employee he didn't seem to care either, disgusting.
