Do not ever order anything on line as they r a waste of time they sent me a and my husband all the way to Stockport for a pair of trainers and they wasn't the ones we ordered and they were for my daughter 2nd bday theybr let downs.

Customer service is terrible! Bought a pair of trainers for my daughter's b'day from Macclesfield (out of stock) so Stockport kindly put them away only to arrive to completely the wrong pair! & non in stock!!! Joke, we're the reason your stores make money!

Spent a lot here over the years. On trying to enter the changing room was told to leave my bag outside. Today it happened to contain an iPad, passport and cash - but even it contained no valuables - I wouldn't have left it out of sight. I left the shop and they have not only lost the sale today of a track suit and shoes circ £195 they have lost a regular customer. If you have thieves entering your premises J D Sports Macclesfield then deal with them - but not by offending every shopper that enters. Who ever made this rule and didn't train the staff to use discretion when applying it is not a business person - but an idiot.

Plenty of sports gear from the big brands at high street prices. Convenient but better gear available for less elsewhere.
