Worst experience ever. I spent 95.00£ on a pair of shoes and wear them for about 6 hours. Apparently, when i tried explaining my issues with the shoes as VERRY UNCOMFORTABLE, I've been told that nothing can be done as their policy on returning would be impossible as i wear them already. Waste of time and money.i can't describe my feelings as too frustrating.
Imagine my suprise when i popped in here for a new pair of galoshes and track pants,what a selection even sell training shoes with air cushioned souls. Its like spaceman stuff
Currently some bargains to be had. We got our grandson a nice pair of Adidas for £20, kids size 2 1/2. Not an unpleasant experience, save for the God awful ' music' that blasts out over the shop speakers. Ignore that and concentrate on the shopping, won't go far wrong
I really don't like the store or their policies. No refunds for 4 days after Christmas whats that all about! I think they just take the p**** out of their customers but we keep coming back for more. Not me I've had enough bye.
Wife wanted some trainers we asked the staff for a helping hand to which the young man told my wife to look in the junior area to which she would get a better choice and she would also save money and that's just what she done we came out very happy the service was definitely great we definitely recommend that others try them out because you will come out smiling
Excellent customer service the assistant was very attentive and helped choose the right pair of trainers. They were also really good value so bought two pairs be rood not to ;-
Good service and helpful even when they never had the thing I wanted in store they ordered it and it arrived the next day in store for me to pick up.
