Rude blonde haired women who’s about 55 odd who can’t give help for the life of her. Unhelpful and snarky and very arrogant. Not good customer service at all will not be coming back.
Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere
Went to pick up ordered uniform for my granddaughter. A young girl served me she was quick at getting my order and was very polite
We went with our list and the lady that helped us was fantastic! She found everything we needed in record time, made the 'trying on' fun for my daughter then helped us get to the till. We were served and packed efficiently AND got a free lolly. The bill was less than I thought as well! The new shop has its own parking and is VERY well sign posted!! Thanks identity for making a tough job very easy!

Most staff are fine except one woman in her 50s who made a remark in a tone in front of my daughter about her size and how they don't have school shirts that big .. absolutely furious the lady serving me spoke ok English but not one person offered to help, but I understand they were busy and in end we got sorted. I would have added stara but for the red haired stubborn lady in or around 50. She brings that place standards down with her disgusting comments in front of my daughter
Seemingly forgot about my order. They stated they would ring me when it arrived. I waited 5 weeks then rang them. The order was there and correct. However if you say you will ring to notify then you should do so.
Really nice warehouse. Good quality uniforms. Staff are great and really helpful. Due to pandemic your not able to touch uniform to see if they will fit. Just shown from other side of counter.
Good to know there's always stock in for what you need. Quick service. Needed to swap fir bigger size, no problem.
Very helpful, lady noticed a catch on the blazer I was buying for my daughter that I hadn't spotted and changed it for different one. Excellent service and great new location.
