Staff member ignored me. It's 1 of those shops I wanna get in the then out quick. Some staff ok but some staff unfriendly most times I go in there. Grab Ur Nike and leave
I came to this store today. I went up to ask if the size I needed was available. In response, he said, "Wait, I'll check. And he stood there instead of checking. A few minutes later, I asked again and again got the answer: please wait, I'll check it now. And again, he just stood there with the scanner in his hands. Instead of scanning and seeing if it was available. I had to ask the girl who helped me and in 10 seconds she said that the goods were not available. Terrible store. The staff is not friendly and arrogant. Don't waste your time with these horrible people who work there.
Went to return shoes on Saturday, nine people in the queue. Only one person behind the till. Nobody to ask for help. On other hand music in the shop at full volume couldn’t hear the cashier. Definitely not coming back.
Don’t waste your money- Do not shop there!! Simply put, the worst customer service and management I encountered. I tried to return my Nike Air because of wrong size. They accused me that I wore it outside and it had creases I teied at home on carpet but I guess there were hoping that I try the fit while standing still?? I tried it in store a couple of times in front of the guy who was helping me with this to compare between two sizes. They made a big deal out of it and the “manager” or whoever was in charge didn’t have the audacity to come outside and discuss with me. They said take it back to the other branch in Rushden Lakes where I bought it. The girl at the checkout was telling the other guy it looks fine!!! Now, I am stuck with a £120 shoe that I won’t use. Nice work JD. If there is a zero star I would happily give it to this store!! Disgusting service!
Had an issue from over a year ago wiv being sold 2 left feet and cos I collect trainer's I hadn't realised this until recently I bought some storage boxes and this is wen I noticed both we're left feet,I proved ide purchased them from a year's worth of bank statements and the staff did everything to assist me and 2day changed them for anuvver pair I chose so very happy.

I mean what can I say it’s a jd sport but on the scale of things this is the worst jds I’ve been to make it better like mk or Birmingham our is rubbish
They have Sports shoes, clothes, hats and all sorts of sporty goods. The price is a bit high though and the service is slow sometimes.
If you want high end trainers you ain't got match selection it's all mid-range but very nice good for kids for footwear
Really great, they have good quality shoes and you can see them and test them
