Boiler stopped working engineer out the following morning first thing so very quick response considering weather conditions. Very impressed with this as have 1year old and the house was freezing. Engineer quickly fixed the problem and let me know what to do if happened again, as was issue to do with ice cold weather rather than boiler itself. Polite and friendly. Would recommend and will use company again in the future.

Do not use this company, they are a bunch of cowboys. Have not been able to use my gas fire since they serviced in July 2017. Apparently it needs a part, they never got back to me. I spoke to Justin their manager in November and he said he will deal with the matter. It’s now the end of January and I have not heard from him. They are unprofessional and send out unqualified people. I had to get someone else in, they fixed it with out changing any parts and for a fraction of the cost that Saunders wanted to charge. They simply don’t care about the little people. The reviews here back up my bad experience with them

The boiler engineer who came and fixed our boiler today was extremely professional and made sure everything was in perfect working order before he left! The weather was absolutely horrendous today and we were positive he would phone to cancel due to the dangerous conditions but he came and did an amazing job. Highly recommend this company from a very happy customer 😀

-5 stars. My friend has been left without heating and hot water in the middle of winter for a month now. They are booking appointments and nobody turned up and they did not bother to call you sorry we are not coming. We spent hours to get anybody on phone.

I phoned for advice with regard to replacing my electric shower unit. The unit recommended was promptly fitted and has worked perfectly ever since. Very happy with the service received.
