We didn't get the car I liked the ID4, missus not so much but Grant was excellent at arranging the appointment, following up and the test drive. Even before the appointment, in passing by, I made a flying visit to the dealership and he was affable and accommodating and provided the key for me to get a stationary feel of the car. The dealership atmosphere was also friendly and welcoming.
I have just purchased a car and dealt with Alex. My first experience at this branch many years ago was great. And my recent visit was just as good. Being in a customer service/sales role myself I really did appreciate being greeted by the team who sat me with Alex, who I'd spoken with on the phone. The car I'd seen online wasn't best suited to me so Alex went through a few other options. Found a great car and cannot fault the service before purchasing and after sales. I don't like the pushy sales vibe and never felt like that here. Customers best interest with a professional approach. It's been a pleasure visiting this dealership again. Thank you Alex
My daughter wanted to change her car . Visited JCB and looked at pre owned cars . Alex the sales guy was attentive but not pushy . Test drive , finance agreed and car purchased . We are very happy with the experience.
Grant is absolutely brilliant! He was so friendly, professional and helpful. He took the time to help me choose a car that was suitable for my needs, with a very kind and compassionate approach. It was a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend visiting.
I have always found JCB to be transparent, honest and professional. There is a family feel when you walk through the doors, the same that I experienced when I was working there in 2000 after working for the owners father in a previous garage. JCB seemed the right place to come when I no longer had a company car or worked int the motor trade. James Calloway always looks after me and makes sure I have the best deal. This has been the case for over 15 years. My first car was a Volkswagen in my 50’s I’m still loyal to the brand. My children have VW’s from JCB and I’ve purchased one for my staff to use as a company pool car. Classics never go out fashion!nnMy latest car has experienced a lot of technical issues, I no longer live in Kent so tried several local service centres for the convenience of my location. None managed to fix the issue after copious trips. JCB have always managed to get the car looked at when it’s been faulty accommodating me as quickly as they can. While there are still software problems randomly appearing, the master tech has been on top of it and given me confidence that it’s not me but the car. My Golf will be back for more warranty work this month. While this is frustrating, I know it’s in safe and knowledgable hands.
