They saved my weekend and a lot of money! I was having a really bad day getting a tire repair done at Halford's in Strood, not realising the Toyota would have done the repair in the first place. This other business cross threaded a wheel bolt and left me to deal with it myself since they didn't have the ability to help. On a wim I popped down to Toyota Medway as I didn't know what to do and the staff/mechanics went out of their way to help me when I was at a loss and managed to fix the problem within the hour, even when I was prepared to come back another day to pay for an expensive part change if it came to it. I cannot sing their praises enough, absolutely astounding customer service. I have always experienced fantastic customer service from them when I have gone for an MOT but this was especially note worthy. Thank you!
The team at Group 1 Toyota Medway are fantastic. That’s why my last 5 cars have been from there. Today I had to call out breakdown service for my RAV4. The 12v battery had died. Breakdown guy could replace @ £300.nPhoned Toyota Medway, they said if it’s running bring straight over. Sorted and replaced under warranty.nMy thanks to Grant in the workshop, and Tina at the service desk. Super service, as always.
I’ve shown the car after all the paperwork and logbook signing. I didn’t like the car and they put me in the situation that I have to take it or else I’ll lost my £250 deposit. It was entirely their fault not to show the car at the first place. There was a broken back light and some paint work should be done. I had to go there just for these things to be done and the car was present very unprofessionally clean. It really smells bad. I had a terrible experience. I went there from Manchester. They want me to come back with the car to do the paint work and agreed to pay for the fuel but only fuelled up the car on the way there rather up and down as we agreed. This is the first experience of buying a car from a dealership and really disappointed to have such a terrible service. I definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone.
We have purchased our last two cars from here and have been very happy both times. Staff helpful, friendly and welcoming. The whole process was stress-free and easy which is what you want.
I brought a car from here and nothing was explained to me from the start. I didn’t realise that it never came with 12 months mot and no up to date service it only had 4 months left on it my thought I suppose for not asking I just thought if I was spending £22500 on a car it would automatically come with 12 months. Never explained it came with road assistance/ and when I exchanged my vehicle they never sent off the log book so I had to sort this out myself and I got a toll fine because they drove it through the tunnel I had to sort that out to. Took the in for its mot and service and came to pick it up and it had a big scrap on the bumper which they did sort out. Not even a sorry. Never again.
