I Visited today and take a massage for 30 minutes for trial. But I don't recommend to you because the will give only 20 minutes. They will count time enter to exit included. Massage shower, changing time all included. Sorry not happy
Staff are friendly the spa is very clean and relaxing . I’ve been going here for over 2 years the staff are knowledgeable and really good would recommend. All the staff are trained to a high standard
Very bad place. I don't think the people working there are qualified for this job because they only cause you pain and it should be a relaxing place and also they make you hurry. The receptionist is treating you very badly. I was left with a bad impression as soon as I walked in there. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Myself and my partner booked at short notice this evening for an Oil Massage, we had a lovely warm welcome from the ladies, they left the room whilst we were getting changed and was happy to speak to us throughout the process. Their experience is outstanding. Highly recommend and will happily return when in Liverpool next. Honestly cannot fault their service at all. Thank you, we left feeling like we could float on air.
The staff are totally unfriendly and unprofessional, and the massage was the worst I have experienced, the massage rooms smell of stale food and are not very hygienic whatsoever, a really dreadful place to be avoided, complete waste of money,far better places in Liverpool

Very poor booking system. I called last Sunday: they said sorry we are fully booked. I called this Thursday to book for this Saturday: they said sorry call back Saturday 10 am we can’t take booking. I called this Friday to book for Saturday: first the lady kindly said “what time love”, i asked if they can do 90 minutes, she then talked to someone and then said no sorry call back Saturday 10am. I said ok then book one hours. She muttered something about a deposit, then said call back Saturday 10am. Saturday 10am came, I called them and they said no sorry we are fully booked for today. I told them that’s why I called early, on Thursday to book well in advance. She said: sorry we already told you we are fully booked! I mean what the hell? That is extremely poor organisation and dishonesty towards your clients. Perhaps be more honest next time! Not with me as I am done with you.
