Fixed my PC drive at reasonable price and at super fast speed!
I was still reeling from paying over £160 to get my own iPhone screen fixed at the Apple store in Edinburgh when my son broke his. Not keen on a similar outlay the second time round I looked for options closer to home and came across Kev at Duloch Computers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the Dunfermline area who isn’t keen on passing vast sums of money over to Apple. His customer service was great, keeping me posted at all times especially when the damage turned out to be worse that at first thought. The phone is now back working good as new at a fraction of the price Apple would have charged. Thanks Kev, I will happily use your services again.
Excellent service all round. Kevin sourced and set up a new laptop for me in two days, between Christmas and New Year ! Great communication and excellent price together with a fast and efficient service. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended, give him a call.
Kevin a joke, nearly had my laptop for a month and always had to chase for updates. NEVER repaired, gave a different story every time. . Last feedback was delated, so this is a new updated one. You what someone that knows what they doing and give customer service then go else where. That what I did and got my pc repaired with about a week.
Kevin repaired my son's apple phone screen. Very happy with efficient, friendly service, competitively priced, would definitely recommend.
Kevin was very helpful when I had an issue with my computer. Although on this occasion a solution was unable to be met as my motherboard was faulty and too expensive to replace, the service he offered during that time was excellent. Kevin really went above and beyond to try find a solution to get my computer working again and I definitely recommend anyone with an issue with their computer to take it here. I was only a rare instance of a problem too complex, any other issues with a computer would be solved much quicker with success.
Kevin replaced the batteries on mines and my Wife's iPhone 7 and gave a good discount as both phones were done at the same time. Whole process was very efficient and hassle free from the initial contact through to completion of the work and payment. He even sorted an unforeseen problem on my iPhone at the same time free of charge. I would thoroughly recommend Duloch Computers if you're needing your iPhone battery replaced.
I tried to have my laptops fans looked at as they were making a rattling noise. I phoned up and Kevin said that he would call me back the next day to arrange an appointment for later that day. He never called, and then never responded to my text when I asked if he had managed to fit me in. Just poor customer service, I dont have any experience of how he fixes computers.
Have used on three occasions now. Fast turn around and very reasonably priced for phone and laptop screen replacements. Also told me when it wasn’t worth replacing a damaged tablet screen and didn’t charge for time. Would definitely use again and remains my first choice for all repairs.
I have used Kevin a few times and have always found him extremely knowledgable and helpful. He is upfront and honest and boy does he know his stuff! I can highly recommend. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else!
