I Was in the store buying shoes. Janet served me and i have to say, her customer service skills were excellent. She was full of the cold but did a first class sales pitch on me. First person to ever get me to open up a stores card. Excellent service. Thanks 😍💗

Used to do a lovely breakfast - freshly made and really enjoyable. THEN came their advertised "perfect breakfast" reheated sausage on bread and weird reheated scrambled egg. I recall this coming from kitchen and my wife and i up and walked away - had already paid for it too. A contender for worst food experience ever and I was once poisoned at Burger King!!!

Debenham may seem a little more pricey in comparison to other stores but at least you get an item , or items , that are of very good durable quality  . In all an excellent  selection of items for sale and a very helpful service from the staff .
