The food was absolutely amazing. We were so happy to hear that it is a family run business and we were not disappointed. The prices and portions are great and the atmosphere is unbeatable. I really felt like I was back in Greece. The waiters were also very helpful and kind. 5/5 and will definitely recommend to others.
We absolutely loved everything about the restaurant! I highly recommend the baked aubergine with feta. The service was fantastic, our waitress was really friendly and understood the menu very well. It’s a family run restaurant with a great atmosphere. Having been on holiday to Greece many times I can honestly say that the food is authentic Greek cuisine. The wine was delicious and complimented the food very well. I will most definitely be going back in the future. Well done to Mado and the rest of the team. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I had the chicken gyros. It was good with sauce but a bit dry. I love the pita and chips, and it's big portion for a person. But the dessert was not my type, too sweet for me. The service was friendly here!
Delicious lunch as usual. It gets very busy so book if you can. Had the lamb and the Chicken Gyros with a chocolate cake and I can't remember the name of the other one.
Good food, big portions. All dips and sauces come in pretty little jam jars a nod to the name I imagine Hummus was lovely, chunky and flavorful! Place was very busy, but it was a Saturday and sunny, so it's to be expected. Quite a few seats inside and upstairs, so don't be deterred if it looks full from outside. Service was amazing, everyone was very nice and they were receptive to my requests regarding the meal.
First time visiting and sure it won’t be my last! Before even entering the restaurant, the outside reminded me of walking down the side streets of Lindos where I usually visit in Greece. The staff as soon as we walked in were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming! We sat by a bay window overlooking the street which added to the experience. I had Calamari for starter and Moussaka for main - both were outstanding and very filling - would even go as far to say it was better than meals I’ve had in Greece! Can’t wait to visit again, highly recommend :
Love the food here. It opens at 12am, but when it was like 12:30ish the tables were quite full. The staff were very friendly. The mussels, the chicken gyros tasted really nice. They gave us free shots at the end with the bills, cranberry juice sth with alcohol, but it tasted a bit like cough syrup
Best Greek food I've ever eaten, from a family-owned business. Service was excellent, and the prices were fair considering the portion sizes. Will definitely be back!
It is one of the best Greek restaurants I've been to in the UK. Everything is abosultely delicious and it feels very authentic inside. You need to prebook due to limited space availability. Upon paying you're served an anise based shot on the house.
Wow, what a place! Friendly, welcoming atmosphere, very attentive staff and delicious food. Certainly gave us an experience to remember. If we're ever in Bath again, we'll definitely stop by
