If you don’t need a GP Appointment than this GP is ok. Getting a appointment is like try to arrange a meeting with the prime minister. I think it is the worst GP practice in the country.

The eConsult service at James Wigg is an absolute gem. A massive Thank you to the team behind the whole process and the Doctors. The doctor calls within a day and have dealt with all my problems during the pandemic very patiently. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and kind. One of the best practices I've come across.

I'm confused by all these bad reviews - I honestly can't fault this practice. The staff are always knowledgeable and kind and I've never had to wait too long for an appointment, particularly if it's urgent. I've been with them for a few years now and always feel like I'm in safe hands.

Also surprised by the bad reviews, maybe the service has improved a lot but I always got same day call backs and thoughtful GPs.

Try to ring this practice to speak to a doctor the they told me not to day call tomorrow I have been with james wigg since the 8o u can't see a doctor now u.cant talk to them they tell me xont go to hospital it's gone very bad we just see to our self

I selected 1 star, since there is not a cero star option , probably the worst  practice in England. Rude receptionist, inefficient , change of "procedures" every time you call. Shocking. I was forced to transfer from a different practice , so regretting this.

Horrible doesn't even begin to describe the service at James Wigg. I am a patient there and have had to call over 10 times to try and get some help with an urgent issue. It's almost impossible getting any response from them and their entire system is archaic. Such a terrible experience.
