I trained with BCP and qualified 3 years ago. I'm totally shocked to see a few bad reviews on here, because in my experience I was completely blown away by the level of expertise, and training. All of my teachers were nothing sheer of excellence! Supportive, and highly knowledge, and VERY precise in movement and how it is delivered correctly. I consider them the *Creme de la creme of the Pilates teacher training* im so happy and proud i trained with them. Im teaching now and grateful for the level of training i was given and the continued ongoing support.Thank you BCP you are the BEST. *****
I’ve been a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher since 1999 and would thoroughly recommend them. Not just as a student starting out but for the continued support and help that they offer once you’ve qualified! There is an endless supply of courses on offer to develop your knowledge even after you’ve qualified. If you are looking for a qualified Pilates teacher and you find a Body Control trained teacher, you need look no further! They will have had amazing training!
Having completed my Pilates teacher training with Body Control Pilates almost five years ago, and being an ongoing regular attendee at the London studio to complete my continuing professional development, I would not hesitate in recommending them. Professional and friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable. Training with Body Control was the best thing I have ever done!
BCP is simply the best place to go to learn or enhance your knowledge of Pilates. The team are like family and although I trained with them many years ago I know I will always feel welcome and looked after there. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this studio.
I have found Body Control Pilates nothing short of fantastic in all my varied experiences. As a client I received amazing help when my back was incredibly poorly. Body Control Pilates are world class Pilates teacher training providers . Their faculty of senior teachers are among the best there is, not only in the UK, but anywhere in the world. Body Control Pilates is considered to be the gold standard for teacher training not only here in the UK but also throughout Europe and as far as Japan. The studio facilities at their base in Bloomsbury feature several spaces with all the apparatus one would expect to see in such an organisation. With Lynne Robinson and her husband Leigh at the helm it's not surprising to find that the staff and teachers here have exceptional interpersonal skills and both the public and the student teachers in attendance are always given a very warm welcome. I wholeheartedly endorse the Body Control Pilates studio as a venue for all your Pilates needs.
If you have never tried Pilates before, there is nowhere better than Body Control. Located in very central London, they have studios dedicated to large Pilates equipment and also separate studios for Pilates mat classes. All the staff are very knowledgeable, so if you are not sure about which class to join, or try just ask. I'm there every Thursday for a weekly fix of the best form of exercise ever invented. Body Control are also the biggest and BEST Pilates education and training providers. 5 Stars all the way
As a Physiotherapist I chose Body Control Pilates to complete my Pilates Training with 11 years ago and I have never looked back. From my Introductory Course to my ongoing CPD the quality of the teaching, instructors and organisation has surpassed anything I have ever encountered in the Physiotherapy world. The variety of courses on offer, support and friendliness of the organisation have made me very proud to be part of the Body Control Pilates family.
I completed my level 3 training with BCP last year. They were super helpful and provided a great environment for learning that was both supportive and flexible with the added benefit of exposure to some of the most experienced teachers in the industry. Since qualifying I've started teaching and found the training gave me a solid foundation in knowledge, practical skills and confidence to go for it. But what works best with BCP is that support carries on through the association. Thank you.
Very professional. I completed my Teacher Training through Body Control and am very impressed with their ongoing courses and workshops. A wonderful variety of courses delivered by excellent teachers. I would not hesitate to recommend their public classes or Teacher Training Courses.
