I broke down on the A30 today and after trying one garage that couldn't help me I was directed toTennant's and managed to get there in limp mode hoping I could get help. James was busy but was kind enough to find time to diagnose the problem and, as he didn't have the part needed, fabricated a solution to get me back on the road. Fantastic service from a true craftsman and gentleman.
Excellent friendly service. James helped us out when our Defender blew a turbo hose when on holiday. Certanallly saved the day. Thank you James.
Shocking customer service and very rude. Poor quality of work and when challenged becomes very rude. Will not return and will recommend to others that they do the same.
