The people working at this garage are fine but the company operates a two-tier charging system and don't make that clear when you book. Our MOT cost £11.01 more than the online price. A friend the next day was charged a different basic rate again for their MOT and paid a lot more in the garage than they would have been charged online. The garage tell me now that online prices are lower, but when we called to book the MOT nothing was said about prices at all and we assumed, reasonably enough, that the website prices would be the same as the actual garage! Customer Services can only be contacted by email and all they said was, yes, prices are different online to in the garage. It should tell you this when they call, the price you are going to pay should be clearly displayed. So beware!!
More than helpful. First out of ten to help tried seven in Exeter and no one could fit me in that day at all .ATS okehampton Was more than happy to repair my tyre. the man in charge should be made a manager , he was honest polite my Vauxhall Astra needs new tyres and I will definitely be going there
Great service and very friendly staff. Replaced my tyres the same morning I called. Got Michelins for a decent price.
Service here is 100%. Found a puncher on Thursday night, called Friday. Dropped tyre off. Wasn't repairable so replacement ordered and fitting on the Monday. Also had a service here, very good value and a great job. Would recommend.
Great Guys! Great Atmosphere. Literally walking in at bout 10am and got an appointment at 4pm. Was In there about 50mins getting tracked & balanced.. I noticed something dripping from underneath of the car and the guy checked it out for me!! Deffinately recommend..
Great service, lost tyre pressure on way home.....popped in, 30 minutes later, it was repaired. Thanks
Came for an ac recharge and they noticed a fault with my system still not blowing out cold air. No charge at all and they said to just come back when my ac compressor or whatever it may be gets fixed. Will 100% be coming back as a result of this honesty.
Very helpful and nothing isn't any trouble
BEWARNED. They don't tell you or give you the option not to have there master serv on any new tyre putting the price up by £9. Worse still when you try to complain about that, the online chat bot conveniently can't handle the question. Check everything and complain before leaving the site.
