My sincere thank to Everest Law Solicitors, Mr Raju Thapa & Imran Ali for all the services I have received to make it successful. I was having issues on visa extension to family (myself, husband and daughter) though I had solicitor representative from different company. To overcome from this situation, I was looking for the best solicitor services and I have decided for Everest Law Solicitors to work on behalf of us and eventually it seemed we had very right decision at that time. Not only they have acted on behalf of us but suggested us the possible and best option for our situation. The wait was bit long as the case was not lead to right direction at the beginning of the application through different lawyer company, we have now granted a form of limited leave to remain on the ground of private life. We are very happy for service and the outcome and definitely recommend who is looking for very professional immigration service in UK.

I am a former Gurkha Army. My son after winning the appeal case at first tribunal was issued a 33 months visa as leave to enter outside rules instead of a settlement visa. We were quite worried because of the restrcitions and uncertainties of the visa. However my son now has got settlement with the help of Everest Law Solicitors. I would like to thank Mr Raju Thapa and all the team for their remarkable work throughout my son’s reapplication process and make it a success.

First and foremost I want to thank everest solicitors for their wonderful service and making my visa successful. I,my husband and my son applied for a sattlement visa through everest solicitors within the Uk, initially we got rejected as the case was outside of the UK policies for Gurkha dependants.despite of all the complications everest Law strongly acted and fought upon our rights. We finally granted for the leave to remain for two and half years of visa. All this credit goes to everest law solicitors specially Mr. Raju Thapa who always Suggested very right and handled the case very sensitively. if my case wasn’t handled by them I suspect whether I got my visa today. Thank you so much for this making happened Raju thapa sir and the whole team. The service they provided was marvellous, each and every staff were so customer friendly, and helpful. Yes, I definitely suggest you all not only Gurkhas but also other cases please go to everest solicitors they are trustworthy, reliable, great service providers and successful case workers. Wonderful experience.
