Great service, jam is unique, scones fresh. The little factory shop was great as well. They can print you customised label for jam jar 🤗

The 'idea' is lovely. But, the rustic charm was missing. Very busy/noisy. Many staff but very few smiles. All rather grumpy and unwelcoming. Pot of Earl Grey was not great. Shop was a little better with nice variety of gifts.

Very pleasant lunches quite pricey but good quality and service. Museum very interesting and the shop sold lots of nice gifts. Plenty of jams to buy including reduced sugar jams.

Not enough outside tables to sit at on a nice day. Told that they were busy and understaffed. Tea was brought out first, tepid and barely enough for one cup each when it was supposed to be for two and nothing to drink when the rest finally arrived. Only allowed two choices of sandwiches which meant one choice each. Scone heavy so didn't really enjoy that either. A disappointing visit. Only bonus was the fact that I bought some jam, shop has great selection but not discounted in any way which I think it should be at their premises.
